We're looking for a motivated Production Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and driving operational excellence.
In this role, you'll oversee daily inbound production operations—including Receiving, Testing, Refurbishing, Repair, and Paint—while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of production employees to achieve daily operational goals.
- Plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules while balancing labor resources.
- Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy, ensuring established standards are met.
- Communicate priorities, performance expectations, and operational updates across the team.
- Identify process improvement opportunities using Lean principles and root-cause problem solving.
- Partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational best practices.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production, logistics, or distribution operations.
- At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
- Proven success leading hourly production teams with accountability for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts, 5S, standard work, and root-cause analysis.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience planning daily production schedules and balancing labor resources.
- Experience with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or similar operational software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe operation around Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs).
