As a Production Supervisor, you will directly influence safety practices, team engagement, and overall production output while ensuring daily goals are met or exceeded with discipline, efficiency, and proactive problem‑solving. What You’ll Do
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing day‑shift production team through structured coaching, performance feedback, and individualized development plans that strengthen capability and drive results.
  • Coach team members to deliver constructive, goal‑aligned feedback that reinforces expectations and supports continuous growth.
  • Foster a positive and accountable culture that promotes engagement, ownership, and consistently high performance.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met or exceeded through disciplined daily execution and proactive oversight.
  • Champion a zero‑incident safety culture by conducting structured daily safety audits, 5S inspections, and near‑miss investigations, ensuring corrective actions are documented and closed out promptly.
  • Plan labor, materials, equipment, and training needs to support efficient daily operations and maintain production readiness.
  • Work cross‑functionally with receiving, quality, and planning teams to ensure seamless workflow coordination and proactive issue resolution.
  • Communicate production status, risks, and priorities clearly during daily stand‑ups and leadership meetings to maintain alignment and operational clarity.
  • Track, analyze, and resolve manufacturing issues using data‑driven insights to support continuous improvement and eliminate recurring barriers.
  • Champion LEAN manufacturing principles to streamline operations, reduce waste, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date work instructions and production documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational consistency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of department and organizational objectives.
QualificationsWhat You Bring

Experience That Drives Success

  • High school diploma required; associate’s degree or higher preferred to support continued professional growth.
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, demonstrating proven leadership and operational oversight.
  • Forklift certified or willing to become certified to support safe and efficient material handling.
  • Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles and a continuous improvement philosophy that supports operational efficiency.

This is a full-time position, on-site at our Manufacturing Facility located in Hazelwood, MO.
