Production Supervisor
Are you self-motivated and a team player? We have an opportunity for a reliable, committed and safety-focused individual to join our Team in Concrete Plant operations across the Perth Metro Region.
In your new role with us, you will:
Manage batching and loading of Heidelberg Materials fleet for delivery to our valued customers
Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
Balance our customers' needs and allocation of fleet through effective planning and decision making to ensure maximum fleet productivity, utilisation and efficiency
Engage with customers and respond to enquiries
Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements

About us:
Heidelberg Materials Australia is a leading supplier of heavy building materials to the construction industry, through our network of over 300 quarry's, ready-mixed concrete plants, logistics and support operations.
Concrete batching or truck scheduling / logistics experience is highly desirable however not essential as training will be provided. This opportunity is a permanent full-time role and required 6 days per week, Monday to Saturday - with ample overtime and weekend work, in accordance with business needs.

Skills Required

- Previous concrete batching or truck scheduling/logistics experience
