Job Description:

Supervise staff manufacturing products; organizes and monitors workflow. Communicates job expectations, plans, monitors, and appraises results. Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees while enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

  • Maintains resource needs by working with HR, PC and IE.
  • Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process; observing waste and improving ways on how to minimize or eliminate it.
  • Help support the company KRA by implementing cost reductions and improving cycle times.
  • Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs.
  • Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data; answering questions and responding to requests.
  • Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Implement and adhere with the Company Policy and Guiding Values.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Additional qualifications
  • Excellent in written and oral communication, with good interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Basic use of analysis tools such as SPC, QC Tools, 8D, and PDCA.
  • Knowledge in LEAN Manufacturing and 8 Wastes.
  • Educational Attainment:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline of Engineering such as Industrial Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical.
  • Business Management can also be considered provided there is sufficient experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Work Experience:

  • One to two years work experience in Manufacturing; preferably Semiconductor Industry.
  • Experience in People Management, both DL and IDLs, will be advantageous.
