To meet our challenges we are looking for a Plant Production Supervisor within the Manufacturing team to be based at our Pantnagar unit.
Purpose
The purpose of Plant Production Supervisor is to ensure desired production is acheived as per the planned target within the existing resources.
Their mission?
The role ensures desired production output is achieved as per the plan by following laid down SOP's and safety standards to ensure optimum production is done without any safety incidents and excess use of resources beyond the alloted numbers.

Skills Required
- Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biochemical, or Industrial Engineering
- 4+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of SOPs, process control points, in-process record keeping, and lab sample handling
- Experience maintaining and coordinating equipment maintenance and repairs
- Understanding of hygiene, food safety norms and housekeeping in process areas
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation and decision-making skills; ability to handle manpower
