KORRES is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Production Supervisor – Homeopathic Products & Process Engineer to join the Homeopathic Department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Production planning, inventory monitoring, and coordination of manufacturing activities to ensure operational efficiency and product availability.
  • Management of production orders, raw material consumption, labor hours, and production documentation.
  • Supply and stock monitoring of raw materials and production consumables, including supplier evaluation and qualification.
  • Ensuring compliance with GMP/GDP requirements, ISO standards, internal audits, and regulatory inspections.
  • Oversight of production and warehousing operations in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Approval and implementation of SOPs and review of production documentation prior to batch release.
  • Coordination of equipment maintenance, qualification, validation, and operational readiness of new machinery.
  • Monitoring production KPIs, manufacturing data analysis, and operational reporting.
  • Implementation of process optimization and digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity and operational performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with environmental policies, ISO 14001 standards, and environmental management procedures.
  • Coordination and continuous training of production personnel to support compliance and operational excellence.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production, quality, compliance, and operational processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Technology, or Biology.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, or quality control environment.
  • Experience in GMP/GDP regulated production environments.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and SAP systems.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and EH&S principles.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset with effective communication and people management skills.
  • Continuous improvement and process optimization orientation.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Technology, or Biology
