Job Description
Work with shift managers on any employee issues across 3 shifts, selects shift supervisors and shift managers, participates in Kaizen event planning and organizes participants in Kaizen events as well as in safety evaluations of all new equipment, providing a clean, safe work environment along with the tools and training to perform the assigned job to operators. Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in Production Supervising
- +3 years of experience in Automotive interior manufacturing

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of Manufacturing KPIs and OEE
- Experience using Kronos for incident management and payroll
