Responsibilities
- Manipulate small parts (i.e. fine motor skills)
- Proficiency and in-house certification in soldering
- Proficiency and understanding of how to use measurement tools
- Ability to frequently use microscopes
- Ability to pass an annual eye exam, as required
- Ability to distinguish colors accurately
- Ability to pass safety wire training
- Ability to work with adhesives, chemicals, etc. as called out in work instructions \ Assemble parts per work instructions
- Calibrate /ATP test production assemblies
- Support RMAs and root cause efforts, as assigned
- Support product launch efforts, as assigned
- Identify and tag non-conforming materials, as called out in quality procedures
- Maintain flexibility to work in multiple areas, as assigned
- Collaborate with others in a team environment
- Train others, as assigned
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
