What You’ll Do
As a Production Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our operations, making sure clients get exactly what they need—accurately and on time. You’ll manage requests from start to finish, working cross-functionally to ensure every order meets our quality standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Process incoming physical and digital records
- Review documents for accuracy and make corrections as needed
- Prepare records for processing and delivery
- Ship out documents via UPS & USPS
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve client issues
- Ensure all orders are properly documented
- Provide daily completion totals and explain any backlog

What We Do
Compex provides technology-enabled medical-record and litigation support for claims and legal teams. Its services include retrieving medical and other case records, canvassing for treatment history, organizing and summarizing medical files with AI-assisted tools, coordinating IME workflows, and managing court reporting and deposition transcripts. By combining medical-record expertise, technology, and connected workflows, the company helps insurance and legal professionals find information, understand records, and advance claims and cases.
