THE POSITION
These are your key tasks:
In-House printing production
- Run and schedule the in-house print facility (digital and large-format printing, finishing, binding) to meet deadlines.
- Maintain equipment and consumables, and set quality standards for all finished output.
- Handle urgent, last-minute print requests for events, often same-day.
- Track costs and turnaround time, and uphold health and safety standards in the print area.
Merchandise order coordination
- Create and deliver on-brand print and digital assets, from concept to final production.
- Support events, campaigns, and internal communications with high-quality creative solutions.
Corporate internal online shop (External Partner Management)
- Act as main point of contact for the vendor operating the corporate online shop.
- Brief new products, manage the catalogue, and approve artwork before launch.
- Monitor service levels and fulfilment, and run regular performance reviews with the vendor.
Graphic design
- Create on-brand print and digital assets.
- Prepare and review production-ready artwork.
- Deliver design solutions for events, campaigns, and internal communications.
General
- Manage supplier relationships and support contract discussions.
- Track production status, costs, and performance metrics.
- Resolve operational issues and support junior team members or freelancers.
- Provide support during major events, including outside standard working hours.

- 3-5 years of experience in print production and graphic design.
- Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience managing external suppliers or agencies.
- Experience in sport, events, entertainment, or similar industries is an asset.
- Native/Fluent in English
- Working proficiency in German
- Professional-level command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or equivalent design tools.
- Hands-on experience operating and maintaining print production equipment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or online shop administration platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent vocational qualification in graphic design, print media, production, or a related field.
- Highly organised, able to work autonomously across multiple concurrent orders and deadlines.
- Commercially aware, with sound judgement on cost and quality trade-offs.
- Clear, confident communicator, comfortable briefing designers, suppliers and senior stakeholders.
- Calm under pressure, hands-on and detail-oriented.
