Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for Production Specialist Summer Interns to join our team. These Production Specialists will process wafers of different technologies and support the manufacturing operations at Maine FAB (MFAB). Production Specialists operate various equipment in performing functions such as aligning, masking, etch and diffusion.
QualificationsMinimum requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to follow work directions
- Able to work a 12-hour shift with prolonged standing
Preferred qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to quickly ramp on new tools and processes
- Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
