Job Description

  • Manage and supervise the Segment organizational unit to achieve defined objectives and KPIs
  • Lead direct reports by defining objectives, providing clear instructions, and monitoring performance
  • Ensure adherence to standards, governance requirements, and process execution
  • Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures to enhance team performance and service delivery
  • Support professional development of team members through coaching, training needs assessment, and succession planning

Qualifications

 

  • Education & Language: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) or Operations Management; Six Sigma certification preferred. Full Professional English proficiency (C1 level) required for presenting technical data to global stakeholders.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in production or operations leadership, Experience within the Automotive industry or Wiring Systems is highly preferred.

  • Lean Mastery: Expert in Kaizen, 5S, and Kanban to optimize OEE and reduce waste.

  • Operational Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, achieve KPIs, optimize resource allocation, and foster a "safety-first" culture (HSE).

  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement root-cause solutions.
