The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a 山形事業所製造部　Production Scheduler（スケジューラー）, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• 生産スケジュールの作成・管理
• 設備の空き状況や人員配置を考慮したスケジュール調整
• 材料の入荷タイミングを踏まえた計画立案
• 納期変更や設備トラブルなど、突発的な変更への対応
• 各部署（生産・購買・物流など）との連携・調整

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• 高校卒業以上で、機械、化学の知識があること

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

• 調整力・コミュニケーション力

→ 関係部署と円滑に連携し、最適なスケジュールを導く力

• 優先順位を判断する力

→ 納期や生産状況を踏まえ、何を優先すべきかを見極める判断力

• 数字・計画に対する理解力

→ 生産量やリードタイムなどを基にした計画立案能力

• トラブル対応力（臨機応変）

→ 生産遅延や設備停止などの問題に対し、迅速にリカバリーする力。
