Title of Position: Production Scheduler
Position Type: Full time; Non-Exempt
Air Squared Manufacturing, Inc. is an OEM manufacturer of scroll type compressors, vacuum pumps and expanders for the medical, aerospace, fuel cell and power generation industries. Pay Range: $26 - $35 / hour, based on qualifications and experience

Job Responsibilities:
· Develop, prepare, and maintain production schedules to guide the production activities and resources that achieve maximum efficiency and meet output and timeline objectives
· Gather data from internal teams to incorporate materials, inventories, resource availability, and delivery commitments into schedules
· Monitor daily production results and revise scheduling responsive to changes in the flow of materials, designs, equipment, or other resources. Generate reports and make recommendations to management on various operational parameters
· Utilize ERP software or other database tools to develop and maintain master schedules and generate reporting
· Review and implement ECN material changeover as necessary
· Support updated documentation and process control initiatives and ERP improvement as necessary
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· MUST SUBMIT RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED
· At least 1-3 years of experience involving inventory control, planning, and scheduling
· Demonstrated ability to manage logistics to meet a production schedule
· Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills
· Excellent organizational skills and results oriented
· Strong analytical skills
· Works well under pressure and can prioritize workloads
· Works well in a team environment with an ability to work autonomously
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, are required
· Experience with ERP systems (preferred)
