Crystal Finishing Systems | Schofield, WI

Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Production Scheduler to support our manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining production schedules that balance customer needs, production capacity, and material availability. This role works closely with Customer Service, Production, and Production Control teams to ensure on-time delivery and efficient workflow throughout the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and production capacity.
  • Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and customer service to manage schedule changes, rush orders, and priorities.
  • Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages before they impact production.
  • Participate in production meetings and communicate schedule updates across departments.
  • Analyze production data and make adjustments to support customer expectations and operational efficiency.
  • Work with the Production Control Manager to review capacity planning and optimize workflow.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations experience, or a degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
