Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Familiarity with inventory management and logistics coordination
