Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and optimize production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, capacity, and material availability.

- Adjust schedules in response to demand fluctuations, equipment breakdowns, or material constraints.
- Communicate production plans to Production Supervisors, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, and Warehouse teams.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Warehouse to ensure timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
- Liaise with Maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance without disrupting production.
- Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure batch sequencing meets regulatory, hygiene, and allergen-control requirements.
