What You Will Do:
- Complete assigned production tasks in packaging, filling and mixing
- Be responsible for all team members’ work arrangements and management
- Maintain assigned equipment, facilities and monitor production safety in individual 6S area
- Implement the company's principles, policies and operational requirements for quality, health, safety, environmental management
- Strictly observe all the safety rules in the national laws and corporate safety regulations
- Strictly comply with the code of conduct, employee handbook, work flow, operation standards and other regulations required by Ecolab, the factory, or the division
- Complete other work assigned by direct manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- Technical school degree
- 3 years of experience working in technical production positions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Junior college education is preferred
- Experience in chemical industry is preferred
- Good command of quality control point for packaging, powder, filling and mixing; proactively implement quality control requirements
- Understand the hazards of packaging, powder, filling and mixing; conducting proactive prevention and identification control
- Comprehend and clear on packaging, powder, filling and mixing’ environmental factors and dispose process
- Have basic skills to operate and maintain the equipment of packaging, filling and mixing
- Based on a familiarity with packaging, filling, mixing equipment and working environment, being able to proactive find out, raise and participate in the process improvement
