Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, Operations the Recruiter will support a large-scale hiring initiative involving 100+ hires. This individual will serve as an extension of our Talent Acquisition team, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR to drive full-cycle recruiting efforts in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

In this role you will get to:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage.
- Source, screen, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for a variety of positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
- Assist the HR Team and Talent Acquisition team in meeting aggressive hiring goals and timelines.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred, not required)
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience.
- 2-5+ Years Experience recruiting in a manufacturing environment preferred; candidates from other high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environments will also be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Experience working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred skills:
- High-volume hiring experience supporting rapid workforce growth.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, or industrial environments.
- ATS experience and proficiency with sourcing tools such ADP, LinkedIn Recruiter
Skills Required
- Proven full-cycle recruiting experience
- Two to five or more years of recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment, or experience in another high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency
- High-volume hiring experience supporting rapid workforce growth
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, operations, skilled trades, or industrial environments
- Applicant tracking system and sourcing tool experience, including ADP or LinkedIn Recruiter
