Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Summary: Inspects assemblies, sub-assemblies and final assemblies for defects by use of hydro or gas equipment, with instruction from supervision or higher-grade level pressure test operators
Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:
- Works from blueprints, drawings, specifications, planning sheets and quality control standards.
- Installs assemblies in test fixtures or test closures.
- Analyzes – by visual examination – the assemblies and sub-assemblies under pressure for the presence or absence of leaks and deformation.
- Stamps or otherwise approves acceptable parts and rejects those which are unacceptable. Production stamp.
- Perform re-inspection and other associated operations in connection with the work described.
- Follow all Senior policies and procedures.
- Other duties with the work as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Annual Target Salary = $47,840.00
Monday - Friday 2nd Shift 3:30pm - 11:30pm

Skills Required
- High school diploma or GED, or 3-6 months related experience/training, or equivalent combination
- Ability to perform hydro and gas pressure testing and visually inspect assemblies for leaks/deformation
- Ability to read and work from blueprints, drawings, specifications, and planning sheets
- Install assemblies in test fixtures/closures and perform production stamping/acceptance or rejection of parts
- Available to work 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 3:30pm - 11:30pm)
- Must comply with company policies, quality standards, and trade compliance requirements (ITAR/EAR) for facility access
