You will assist Production Supervisor to maintain production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory requirements. You will work with the planning team to develop a consolidated forecast, demand plan and production schedules. Follow up with all teams to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule and customer expectation. You will implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve resource utilization. You will report directly to Plant Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production output and adjust schedules to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Production Operations Management Oversee the entire production process during the assigned shift, ensuring efficient operations across all stages, including Cleaning, Roasting, Flavoring, and Packing.
- Oversee all activities at the workplace, report deficiencies, resolve any operational issues, and ensure adherence to established profiles and quality standards.
- Schedule and assign tasks while coordinating the production team to ensure efficient workflow and achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
- Ensure that green and roasted coffee are correctly rotated and routed through the team efficiently.
- Facilitate the production cycle of all the production by effective utilization of production resources
- Involve the long-term capacity planning and Operation Planning activities.
- Daily update and follow up production to catch delivery schedule
- Control the batch size, yield loss, cleaning solvent
- Data analysis to support raw material supply and finished goods demand
- Prepare batch ticket and prioritize job-orders for production optimization
- Complete status reports for production progress, work in process and raw material inventory
- Work with shop floor management on a daily basic to resolve issues regarding to manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as requested from manufacturing, Customer Service and Accounting
- Partner with Supply Chain team to oversee RM delivery schedule of suppliers with their delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5 years of working experience in production planning
- Knowledgeable in the ISO-related quality systems
- Work independently and in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Excellent communication, planning, coordination, interpersonal and problem solving skills while proficiency in verbal and written English and local language
- Well versed in MS Office applications and and familiar with Oracle/SAP/ERP.
