- A degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field
- A structured, analytical mindset with a customer-oriented approach
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams
- English: Advanced
- Familiarity with planning tools and Excel is an advantage
