MISSION :
Responsible for the creation and weekly distribution of the production plan of all or part of the business activity and for some activities the delivery plan, which maximizes the response to customer needs by optimizing the industrial stock of the products delivered, and the industrial cost of the business activity.
Can identify the tactical constraints of the business activity, analyze their loading and contribute to the tactical plan of the business activity.
Analyses the results of the service indicator by identifying recurring and frequent causes of disruption and proposes improvements,
Can update the planning tactic of the business activity and convert it to IFP results, campaign inventory norms and mold requirements.
Can manage, by delegation, the security stock norms of his/her dimensional portfolio.
Oversees compliance with the master production plan by the production and delivery , intervenes on deviations
Prepares the industrial product planning in close liaison with the RDM position.
Looks to further the processes and associated KPIs.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS :
Develop and maintain weekly production and delivery plans to ensure fulfillment of customer demand and service commitments.
Analyze demand, capacity, resource loading, and operational constraints to support effective production planning and decision-making.
Manage and maintain planning parameters, inventory standards, and master data within production planning systems to ensure planning accuracy.
Monitor and coordinate production execution to ensure adherence to schedules, production commitments, and flow control requirements.
Coordinate shipping and delivery activities to achieve on-time delivery targets and customer service expectations.
Monitor delivery performance through KPI tracking, identify risks and deviations, and drive corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Customer Service, to resolve supply and delivery issues effectively.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning, scheduling, inventory management, and delivery performance
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
2-3 years experience in Industrial operational planning and inventory management
Excellent in analytical and problem solving skill
Excellent in communication, collaboration and teamwork
Proactive, ability to handle various stakeholders and unexpected challenges.
Business Proficiency in English and Thai language
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in industrial operational planning and inventory management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
