Schneller LLC is seeking a Planner Scheduler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules, balancing customer demand with manufacturing capacity, and collaborating across departments to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and manage production schedules using our ERP system.
  • Plan customer orders while balancing material availability, equipment, tooling, labor, and capacity constraints.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Manufacturing to respond to changing customer demand.
  • Communicate production schedules, order status, and planning updates to cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor manufacturing capacity, operational load, and lead times.
  • Sequence and expedite production orders while resolving scheduling issues.
  • Maintain ERP data integrity by identifying and correcting planning variances.
  • Support forecasting and Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (S&OP) activities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform administrative and backup support activities as needed.
QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum of 5 years of planning, supply chain, or operations experience in a manufacturing environment (make-to-order experience preferred)
  • Experience using an ERP system in a planning or scheduling role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Positive attitude with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Must be eligible to obtain any required U.S. government export authorizations in accordance with ITAR and EAR regulations.
Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • APICS certification
  • Process manufacturing experience
  • Aerospace industry experience
  • Syteline ERP experience
