- The Scheduling & Support Specialist plays a key role in warehouse operations by managing order scheduling, monitoring network performance, and ensuring material quality standards are met. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across systems and teams. The specialist will support order flow, assist the picking team with technical issues, and use Excel to analyze and report data that drives operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and release orders for the picking team to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
- Monitor warehouse network activities, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to maintain workflow.
- Perform quality control checks on materials to verify accuracy and compliance before release.
- Provide scanner and equipment support to the picking team, minimizing operational downtime.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and process tracking.
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of schedules, quality checks, and issue resolutions.
- Support effective communication between planning, picking, and inventory teams.
