Production Operator

Job Summary
Unloading of fiber receiving in a safe and acceptable level that prevents container damage and organized storage. Transporting finished product to the warehouses. Collecting / transporting scrap waste for disposal. Maintaining stock of materials used for packaging. Assist at the winder for packaging the finished product. Maintain housekeeping standards. Learn all safety policies and procedures, follow every rule without fail.
Qualifications Required

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required
• Must be able to effectively communicate verbally face to face, over the phone, and in writing.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to work alone for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment around, and with the general product raw materials listed: crushed limestone granules, boiler slag granules and fines, limestone filler, fiber glass mat, and petroleum based products.
• Must be adequately trained and have basic knowledge of the package end operation to support all other assigned task given by Supervisor.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Hourly Rate: $27.47
