Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Transportation
-
Transport production materials, equipment, and supplies between facilities, venues, vendors, and project locations.
-
Operate company vehicles, including a 16’ box truck and cargo van, in a safe and responsible manner.

Complete scheduled and on-demand pickups and deliveries accurately and on time
-
Load, unload, and secure materials to prevent damage during transit.
-
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance or repair needs.
-
Communicate delays or issues that may impact schedules.

Warehouse & Asset Support
-
Organize and maintain storage areas to ensure materials and equipment are accessible and properly stored.
-
Assist with equipment labeling, tracking, and basic inventory entry.
-
Prepare, move, and stage materials for events and production needs.
-
Support warehouse organization and general upkeep.
-
Facility & Operational Support
-
Maintain clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse spaces.
-
Perform routine walkthroughs to identify housekeeping or maintenance needs.
-
Assist with basic facility upkeep, including organizing and minor non-technical repairs.

Support setup and reconfiguration of workspaces, equipment, and materials.

Event & Production Support
-
Set-up and breakdown of presentations, meetings, and events
-
Transport and set up basic A/V equipment, including microphones, speakers, and projectors.

Provide on-site support to ensure equipment remains functional during events.

Reset spaces and equipment following event completion.
Purchasing & Administrative Support

Complete assigned purchasing tasks and operational errands.
-
Submit receipts and required documentation for company purchases accurately and on time.

Follow established processes for expense tracking and documentation.

Assist with maintaining required records, including SDS documentation.
Ongoing Operational Support

Complete assigned tasks during periods of reduced transportation or event activity.
-
Follow established task lists to support daily operational needs.
-
Assist with organization, labeling, cleanup, and material preparation.
-
Maintain consistent productivity throughout the workday.
Qualifications
Required
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
-
Ability to operate company vehicles safely, including a 16’ box truck.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.
-
Basic computer proficiency.
-
Strong organization and attention to detail.
-
Ability to complete assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred
-
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, facilities support, or event support.
-
Experience driving box trucks or cargo vans.
-
Basic familiarity with A/V equipment.

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those we consider important for an employee to successfully perform essential functions of this job: extended periods of sitting and performing tasks such as typing and using a computer mouse, with strong visual and auditory focus, occasional lifting (not exceeding 20 pounds), reaching for items, effective communication skills, and fine motor abilities, being mobile within the office for activities like attending performances, events, and meetings.
