• Attend start-up meeting daily at the beginning of the shift.
• Fill the set up checklist at the beginning of the shift with special care in safety and quality matters.
• Filling the first piece release.
• Respect and comply with the work regulations as well as carrying your E.P.P. indicated for each area.
• Work according to the standard operation sheet (SOP) complying with the requirements in quality and quantity issues.
• Fill the TPM checklist daily from your machine to work, and give immediate notice to your team leader or supervisor if something is out of the std.
• Keep your area or machine within the std of the area, ensuring order and cleanliness as well as perform the 5`s when required.
• Keep all your material identified within your operation or machine.
• Fill your production report every hour with the requested information such as the amount of pc OK, scrap, downtime, as well as the detail of the causes of non-compliance with the rate.
• Has the authority to stop any operation upon detecting any HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) problem and give immediate notice to the Team Leader or Supervisor in turn when detecting: (An unsafe condition that could endanger their safety or cause any damage to the equipment or product, quality problems, scarp, stoppages production for various causes, etc )
• Provide the information requested by the leader and / or area supervisor for the purpose of identifying and analyzing process problems.
• Make good use of and use the tools or accessories as indicated in the work procedures.
• Respect the facilities and machinery as part of the work area.
• Propose ideas for improvement in their station and / or activity that development continuous improvement.
