We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to coordinate and lead manufacturing operations across multiple production lines. This role is responsible for driving daily execution, continuous improvement, team development, and operational excellence while meeting production, quality, cost, and safety objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and performance.
  • Drive daily execution through Cross-Functional Team (CFT) alignment and clear priorities.
  • Champion 5S standards and continuous improvement across production areas.
  • Deliver efficiency and productivity improvements across multiple manufacturing lines.
  • Develop and coach BU team leads and line leadership.
  • Ensure effective training and continuous capability development of production teams.
  • Manage production priorities, balancing NPI, equipment performance, and material availability.
  • Oversee resource planning to meet operational targets.
  • Drive initiatives to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
  • Support budgeting and provide input for financial planning.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field preferred).
  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering operational results and driving performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management capabilities.
  • High level of integrity and professional standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and with external partners.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., 5S, DMAIC).

- Experience in production management at least 3 years;

- Ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams meetings;

- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies;

Gross Annual Salary Range:

26,137.00 EUR - 35,939.20 EUR

The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
