What will your responsibilities be?

• Organizing and leading of activities in production dept.
• Cooperation on new investments within his/her scope of responsibility, support during preparation of new investments
• Responsibility for respecting of all rules, procedures and guidelines within his/her area, labor discipline, occupational safety regulations, hygiene, working environment and principles fire protection
• Responsibility for products quality, support during implementation of improvement actions and measures
• Leading of development activities of employees within Production dept., is responsible for rotating on production lines
• Deciding on the implementation of Poka Yoke in a given position
• Controls the preparation of repair and maintenance plans for production equipment
• Leading CI & Cost saving initiatives within their relevant departments.
• Responsible for issue resolution & problem solving in your department and the correct use of industry standard  tools such as 8D

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

• University degree - mechanical engineering/economics
• Experience in team management
• 5 years’ experience in a similar position
• Organizational skills
• Knowledge of production and quality processes and Lean and 6Sigma base
• Good knowledge of English (on a communication level) and Hungarian (mother tongue)
• Standard PC skills, experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
