What You’ll Do- Lead Daily Production Set priorities, coordinate schedules with supervisors and Quality Control, and keep workflow running smoothly from start to finish.
- Champion Safety & Compliance Drive a strong safety culture across the shop. Ensure proper handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials in accordance with KDHE regulations. Train and supervise employees on chemical handling, spill response, waste-manifest procedures, and solvent-reclaimer operation.
- Support Engineering & Quality Implement engineering changes, answer blueprint and assembly questions, and provide real-time problem-solving support to supervisors and QC.
- Keep Materials Moving Coordinate fabrication needs, ensure timely delivery of parts and kits from the warehouse, and maintain accurate labeling, storage, and inventory tracking.
- Maintain Equipment & Vendor Relationships Schedule machinery repairs, meet with vendors, and help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Perform daily quality checks, resolve production issues, and help elevate standards across the entire operation.
- Lead by Example Secure tools and equipment at the end of each shift and take on additional responsibilities that support production goals and team success.

- High school diploma or equivalent and technical college or college degree.
- Forklift experience and have good problem solving and organization skills along with the ability to read a tape measure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate detailed information to customers, coworkers, and management.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as invoices, procedure manuals and job instructions and possess basic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions and percentages.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and multi-task effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate computer and computer software, to include Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to use department equipment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
