Production Manager

DRS RADA Technologies, a leading defense company developing and manufacturing life-saving radar systems, is seeking a Production Manager for the Assembly Department at its Beit She’an manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage production personnel through team leaders.
• Ensure execution of the production plan by managing daily operations, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and resolving production issues.
• Manage, develop, and train production employees while fostering continuous professional growth.
• Meet departmental KPIs and company performance commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance department performance, productivity, and product quality.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes, company procedures, workplace organization, and 5S methodology.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Production Planning (PP&C), Manufacturing Engineering, and Quality Assurance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field – Required.
• Experience in an assembly/manufacturing environment within an industrial company – Required.
• Experience in the electronics manufacturing industry – Advantage.
• Experience in the defense industry – Advantage.
• Experience working with manufacturing information systems such as MES and Priority ERP.
• High level of availability and commitment to supporting ongoing production activities.
