Production Manager M/F/D

As a Production Manager here at Honeywell, you will lead and manage production operations within the Integrated Supply Chain to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing processes that meet quality and delivery targets.

You will report directly to ISC Plant Manager and you’ll work out of our Trieste location on an On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact production efficiency, optimize resource utilization, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Your leadership will be critical in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of operational excellence within the production team.

• Manage daily production activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop production team members to achieve operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, quality, and engineering to resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor production metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize production output.
• Support implementation of new production processes and technologies.

• Experience in production supervision or manufacturing operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to analyze production data and drive process improvements.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software and tools.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.
