GERENTE DE PRODUCCION I / PRODUCTION MANAGER I
I.PROPOSITO DE LA POSICION
Administrar y supervisar las actividades de producción aplicado las técnicas, procedimientos, y estándares de calidad de Thomson Tijuana & Regal Rexnord
II.RESPONSABILIDADES
- Administrar a través de los supervisores, las actividades de producción aplicando conocimientos de lay-out de la planta y capacidades de producción.
- Responsable de revisar del programa de producción y de los niveles de eficiencia y observar los requisitos establecidos por control de calidad y controlar el scrap.
- Formular reportes de producción y fechas de terminación de trabajos.
- Supervisar y evaluar medidas diseñadas para mejorar los métodos de producción, desempeño del equipo y la calidad del producto.
- Administrar y controlar el presupuesto de producción.
- Responsable de revisar la veracidad de inventario de producción.
- Supervisar recurso humano y el área de producción.
- Realizar con apoyo del supervisor conteos cíclicos.
- Responsable de cumplir con el plan de producción.
- Seguir las instrucciones de trabajo del área en las que son asignados.
- Apegarse a los objetivos de calidad definidos.
- Reportar cualquier anomalía, objeto extraño o preocupación en el producto y/o proceso.
III. AUTORIDAD
- Parar el proceso o trabajo que este realizando en caso de detectar cualquier anomalía, objeto extraño o preocupación en el producto y/o proceso y avisar a su supervisor

V.REQUERIMIENTOS DE LA POSICION
- Ingeniero Industrial, mecánico o electromecánico
- Experience en Manufactura Esbelta
- Conocimientos en Procesos de maquinados y manufactura
- 5's, Standar work, Kan ban.
- Experiencia 5 Años en Administración de procesos de producción
- Microsoft office
- Excelente Comunicación Espanol & Ingles

Skills Required
- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing
- Knowledge of machining and manufacturing processes
- 5S, Standard Work, Kanban
- Minimum 5 years managing production processes
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English
- Leadership skills
- Decision making and conflict resolution skills
