VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS :
Nous recherchons un Responsable Ilot de Production.
Vous aurez pour principales missions :
· Manager une équipe de 8 à 15 monteurs câbleurs dédiés aux lignes de production
· Organiser les ressources humaines et matérielles mises à disposition pour lancer les ordres de fabrication
· Vérifier en temps réel l’avancement de production (qualité, coût, délais, …)
· Effectuer les relances préventives et curatives des besoins de la ligne
· Piloter le point quotidien ainsi que le point de suivi hebdomadaire,
· Traiter la mise à jour des indicateurs de pilotage de la ligne,
· Assurer des interfaces avec les services support (logistique, qualité, service industrialisation et méthode…),
· Prendre part aux retours d’expérience (REX), ainsi aux réunions de lancement et d’avancement des projets,
· Réaliser les opérations de montage et câblage
VOTRE PROFIL – VOS CONNAISSANCES :
Formation dans le domaine de l’électrotechnique.
Expérience confirmée dans le management d’une équipe de production.
· Capacité à optimiser une production et relever une variété d'enjeux techniques et humains en toute autonomie.
· Leadership naturel, sens des responsabilités et capacité à fédérer des équipes.
