  • $1.00 per hour additional shift differential pay (2nd Shift)
  • $2.0 per hour additional shift differential pay (3rd shift)
  • 8-hour shifts

Your Work Schedule and Shift Information

  • 8-hour shifts
    • 1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
    • 2nd shift: 2:00 pm – 10:30 am
    • 3rd shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am
  • Currently hiring for 3rd Shift only
  • Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, nights, and holidays as needed
  • Plant operates 24 hours/day, 7 days/week.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

As part of our manufacturing team, you will:

  • Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to receive, store, and transport raw materials, ingredients, and finished products, support inbound and outbound shipments, and meet production needs
  • Receive, inspect, store, and distribute raw materials, packaging, finished goods, and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation
  • Selecting, preparing, and loading products for outbound shipment per customer specifications
  • Responsible for the storage of raw material, ingredients or finished product
  • Receiving, unloading, and inspecting inbound ingredients/packaging materials
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives to increase platform performance
  • Assist in training new employees

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2 years experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred or two years of consistent job history
  • Proficiency in standard computer software required, Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Proficient in English
  • Effective communication, safety, and leadership skills
  • Must have the ability to use computer and programs such as SAGE, outlook and excel for shift reporting
  • Must be able to work in hot or cold environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, push, pull, and twist for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in hot, cold, noisy, wet, or dusty conditions
  • Ability to climb and/or work at heights while utilizing stairs, ladders, personnel lifts, or platforms
  • Ability to follow human and food safety, quality, and grooming standards
  • Ability to wear such as protective clothing and equipment (Personal Protective Equipment -PPE) such as safety shoes, safety glasses, hearing protection, hard/bump cap, hair/beard net, gloves, and face masks (when required)
  • Ability to work around high-speed machinery and food allergens
