Position summary
Lead, inspire, and drive excellence. Join us as a Production Leader at the state-of-the-art Rolls-Royce Inchinnan Facility. Taking charge of a dynamic team within defined manufacturing cell, you’ll optimise production performance and help us achieve Zero Harm and Zero Defects while delivering world-class products to our customers.
What you will be doing:
Leading a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards are met.
Driving quality and efficiency, working towards Zero Defects and compliance with engineering and safety standards.
Managing team performance and budgets, optimising productivity, headcount, and cost efficiency.
Ensure on-time delivery, using capacity planning and workflow management to meet customer commitments.
Developing and empower the team, fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership, and digital manufacturing adoption.
Position Requirements:
You have a safety-first mindset, with knowledge of health and safety standards and product integrity.
With broad experience across disciplines, you’ll have a company-wide outlook and are comfortable dealing with different challenges, cultures and ways of working.
You can demonstrate a proven track record of improving operational performance and leading cross-functional teams.
You’ll have continuous improvement expertise, ideally with Lean/Six Sigma experience (Green Belt preferred).
