Position Summary:
Responsible for setting and achieving daily production goals.
Essential Functions:
- Manages Pork and Beef line and monitors raw material to cut shop to ensure correct usage.
- Ensures all raw material employees are properly scanning boxes and using proper PPE.
- Communicates with Production Manager on staffing needs.
- Works with peers to ensure production flow remains efficient.
- Enforces company policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge / Skills / Experience:
- 3+ years of USDA production leadership experience.
- Proficient in yield management
- Basic computer knowledge.
