Job Purpose
To accurately label products, components, or packaging materials in accordance with production specifications and quality standards. The Production Labeler ensures proper identification and traceability of items throughout the manufacturing process, supporting efficient workflow and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions) *
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Complete documentation accurately, including production logs, batch records, and inspection reports.
- Route and bundle wires according to layout specifications, ensuring proper organization and labeling.
- Document production activities including build records, inspection results, and any deviations or rework.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety and cleanliness protocols.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve issues and improve build processes.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Support inventory control by tracking component usage and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored and handled.
- Support inventory management by tracking usage of components and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
- Participate in training and cross-functional activities to enhance skills and support team flexibility.

Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
- Good working knowledge of electronic assembly
- Skilled in the use of all types of hand and power tools
- Able to work from blueprints, sketches, and/or verbal instructions
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail is required
- Ability to read and understand labeling instructions, work orders, and safety guidelines.
- Basic computer skills for operating labeling software and equipment.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail for accurate labeling.
- Familiarity with packaging standards and quality control procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe work area.
