ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITIONS:
- Lead and manage engineering changes from initiation through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, procedural compliance, and audit-ready documentation.
- Drive APQP activities and maintain FMEAs, including leading RPN reduction efforts and integrating lessons learned into continuous improvement.
- Oversee feasibility studies, PPAP/ISIR submissions, BOM accuracy, routing/process flow, and all required production documentation.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, quality, sales, purchasing, accounting, and suppliers to support engineering changes and meet commercial objectives.
- Monitor P.O. flow, supplier performance, tooling/fixture changes, and sourcing (in-house and outsourced), escalating issues as needed.
- Support cost reduction, lean initiatives, corrective actions, and audit readiness while ensuring proper packaging and workflow for customer-specific parts.
- Maintain daily/weekly engagement with production and quality teams to ensure alignment, support, and effective communication across operations.

- Bachelor Degree in a technical related discipline or 10 years related automotive experience with sound understanding of BIW build fit & function.

- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Project, Word.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership skills
