Reimagine What’s Possible
Production Engineer는 해당 공장의 시설을 유지하기 위해서 ASU(Air Separation Unit) & BSGS(Bulk Specialty Gas Supply) 운영 기술 지원, 생산 효율성 개선 및 기타 기술 지원 활동에 책임이 있다. 또한 해당 Plant Manager가 관리하는 위성 공장을 포함하여 Site 안전(EH&S) 스텝의 역할을 수행한다. Site 안전(EH&S) 스텝은 안전 교육을 기반으로 정기적 또는 비정기적 감사를 해당 지역에 실시한다. 더불어 안전(EH&S)팀과 협업하여 에어프로덕츠 직원들이 에어프로덕츠 안전 기준 및 표준 작업 방법을 이해하고 있는지 확인한다.
Production Engineer는 해당 공장의 생산 관리에 부분적 책임을 가지며 생산성 향상을 위하여 기술 지원을 한다. 또한 안전, 품질, 고객만족, 생산성과 관련된 에어프로덕츠 기준과 국내 법규에 준수할 책임이 있으며 운전 중 발생하는 문제를 해결하는데 기술 지원을 한다.
해당 지역의 고객사 만족을 위하여 고객사에 의한 안전 감사, 운전 관리, 품질 관리, 장비 관리, 연간정비계획 등 고객사에서 요구하는 사항에 대응하며 관리한다. 더불어 해당 Plant Manager가 관리하는 공장에 사용되는 운영 비용을 확인하고 Plant Manager와 함께 추적 관리한다
에어프로덕츠 기준, 절차서, 안전(EH&S) 요구사항, 국내 법규를 기반으로 운전 중인 공장에서 발생하는 프로젝트를 최적화된 비용으로 빠르고 효과적으로 진행한다. 각각의 프로젝트 마다 팀원을 구성하여 진행하되 신규 공정이 도입되거나, 신규 물질을 다루는 공정이거나, 규모가 크거나, 복잡하거나, 기술적 리스크가 높은 프로젝트는 제외한다.

Skills Required
- Provide technical support for ASU and BSGS operations
- Perform site EH&S activities, including safety training and audits
- Support production efficiency improvements and operational troubleshooting
- Ensure compliance with Air Products standards and domestic regulations
- Respond to customer safety audits and manage customer quality and equipment requirements
- Support operation planning and monitor plant operating costs with Plant Manager
- Manage small-to-medium scale plant projects (exclude large/complex/high-risk projects)
