Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Ensure production safety by implementing procedures and maintaining compliance with EHS and local regulations
- Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up corrective actions
- Monitor production performance (output, yield, OEE) to ensure stable operations
- Provide technical support to operators and resolve daily production issues
- Analyze process and equipment abnormalities, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions
- Optimize process parameters to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality
- Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, TPM)
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support training, and analyze production data for performance reporting
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production, process engineering, or manufacturing environment
- Solid knowledge of production processes and equipment troubleshooting
- Familiar with EHS requirements and safety management in manufacturing operations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify root causes and drive solutions
- Experience in process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work cross-functionally with different teams
- Proficient in English for daily work communication (written and verbal)
How Would You Stand Out?
- Experience with Lean / Six Sigma / TPM or other continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience in food, chemical, or flavor & fragrance manufacturing industry
- Familiar with SAP or other production/ERP systems
