Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the product development phase.
- Use engineering software to create and update Technical Instructions for special processes such as assembly, welding, heat treatment, and concrete casting.
- Issue and update work orders for the mass production phase.
- Update standard time data for components during mass production.
- Work with teams to handle issues arising during mass production.
- Manage engineering changes occurring in the mass production stage.
- Handle NCR/QNR (non-conformance reports) during mass production.
- Improve processes to reduce standard production time.
- Conduct research to support the development of factory procedures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical/machining fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in assembly line or manufacturing environments.
- Proficient in SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, and CAD software.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), minimum TOEIC 650.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
