Our client is a top-notch manufacturing company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during the product development phase.
  • Use engineering software to create and update Technical Instructions for special processes such as assembly, welding, heat treatment, and concrete casting.
  • Issue and update work orders for the mass production phase.
  • Update standard time data for components during mass production.
  • Work with teams to handle issues arising during mass production.
  • Manage engineering changes occurring in the mass production stage.
  • Handle NCR/QNR (non-conformance reports) during mass production.
  • Improve processes to reduce standard production time.
  • Conduct research to support the development of factory procedures.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.
  • Working schedule: Monday to Friday.


Requirements
  • University graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or related mechanical/machining fields.
  • At least 3 years of experience in assembly line or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, and CAD software.
  • Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing), minimum TOEIC 650.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently and perform well under pressure.
