Be responsible for organizing and coordinating the board machine operation in cooperation with production engineer, to fully develop the board machine area safety/environment/energy performance, and the production efficiency, product quality and production cost performance.

- 负责纸板机区域人员短/中期人员发展计划，推动纸板机关键岗位后备计划。
Responsible for board machine man power planning (short/medium term)，steering key position backup plan for board machine.

Responsible for board machine cost reduction and waste reduction.
- 负责纸板机区域维修工作的协调，以及计划停机维修计划的安排与跟踪。
Responsible for board machine maintenance coordination with relative department, and the arrangement and follow up of maintenance plan in plan shut down.
- 参与并推动纸板机区域WCM体系建设，重点推动AM、QM项目。
Join in and steering board machine area World Class Manufacturing system construction, focusing on AM and QM projects.
- 负责纸板机提升产能项目。
Responsible for board machine capacity improvement project
- 负责正常生产产品的工艺配方执行跟踪。
Responsible for furnish and recipe execution follow up for commercial products.
- 协助生产经理识别 识别短，中，长期质量波动异常，组织并推动改善活动
Assist production manager to identify short, medium and long term quality fluctuations, organize and promote improvement activities
- 负责纸板机区域的技术改造和设备升级。
Responsible for the board machine area technical transformation and equipment upgrade.
- 纸板机区域操作人员自主维护工作的发展。
The board machine operator autonomous maintenance development in area
- 组织实施区域作业指导、SOP以及OPL的定期更新。
Organize and implement the regular update of regional operation instruction, SOP and OPL
- 纸板机区域员工工作辅导与培训.
The board machine staff coaching and training。
- 推动纸板机区域设备管理， 达成高可用性及可靠性。
Steering board machine area machinery management for high availability and reliability.
- 与其他生产工程师一起负责纸板机区域生产工艺稳定性提升。
Work together with other production engineer to improve the board machine production process stabilization
- 与其他生产工程师一起定期回顾与总结纸板产品内部质量指标，并向部门提交改善与发展建议
Work together with other production engineer to review and summary the product internal specification regularly, provide the internal specification improvement and development proposal to department
- 持续改善工作.
Continuous improvement work
- 纸板机三班值班长休假时代替相关值班长进行带班工作
Replace the shift supervisor who is on leave
- 区域环境保护工作开展。
Environmental protection development in area
- 其他相关的工作任务。

职位要求Job Requirements:
- 教育背景：大学本科或同等程度。
Education requirement: BSc or equivalent
- 工作经验：了解纸/纸板行业， 纸板厂工作经验优先。
Professional experience required: Understanding on paper/board industry, Mill experience is advantage
- 较强的沟通与协调技能。
Strong communication and networking skills
- 语言能力：中文说写流利， 会英文优先。
Language requirements: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin, English is advantage
- 思维开放，能在跨国团队中工作。
Open-minded person with ability to work within an international team
- 其他要求：团队合作， 结果导向及谈判技巧。
