The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. The company has branch offices worldwide: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. Ajax team has more than 2,200 employees, including 500 developers and 1,200 production workers. Attracting local expertise in each key market enables us to scale the product globally and grow fast.

We invite Production Engineers to join the production management team and oversee all the production processes in line with the company’s quality standards and manage the production team. This position is a key strategic role in the company contributing to sustaining and growing business to achieve long-term success at Ajax.

Location: Istanbul, DESBAS(Tuzla)

Reports to: Production Manager

Qualifications

BSc. or MSc. degree in Electrical and Electronics, Electronics Engineering or Electronic and Communication Engineering or any other technical engineering such as Mechanical, Control Automation Engineering,
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a production field,
Demonstrable experience and knowledge of methods for process control and regulation at different stages of production,
Demonstrated experience working on a production line, with supervisory experience,
Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality / process improvement tools and methods (e.g. Root cause analysis, failure mode analysis , Lean , Kaizen , 5S Gemba walks and etc.),
Analytical skills and systems thinking,
Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization,
Strong planning, organizing, and following skills together with the drive for results,
Business fluent knowledge of Turkish and English,
Technical characteristics and requirements for products produced by the site, technology of its production,
Station equipment and rules for its technical operation,
Norms and prices for works, the procedure for their review,
The basics of labor legislation,
Rules of the internal labor procedure.
Able to work in shift work system

Reponsibilities

Responsible for planning, analysis, and optimization of production efficiency, development of technical re-equipment of production facilities,
Responsible for analysis of the necessity, economic efficiency, priority, and ecological safety of any production-related projects; controls project implementation,
Determines and analyzes the efficiency of production processes,
Analyzes and improves production systems, evaluates the profitability of production activities as a whole, and recommends cost savings initiatives,
Responsible for technical and technological aspects of the production process,
Analyzes qualitative factors,
Reveals weak sides of production processes and suggests improvements,
Manages the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes that affect the quality of the organization’s products,
Ensures that the product quality conforms to the customer, internal, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements,
Provides leadership and ensures strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate the exchange of information,
Works with the team to translate strategy into specific annual performance goals and departmental objectives including KPIs etc.
