Introduction
ASML US, LP brings together the most creative minds in science and technology to develop lithography machines that are key to producing faster, cheaper, more energy-efficient microchips. We design, develop, integrate, market and service these advanced machines, which enable our customers - the world’s leading chipmakers – to reduce the size and increase the functionality of their microchips, which in turn leads to smaller, more powerful consumer electronics. Our headquarters are in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, and we have 18 office locations around the United States including main offices in Wilton, CT, Chandler, AZ and San Jose, CA.

- Support new product introductions by identifying manufacturing risks early and improving product manufacturability before volume production.
- Perform complex engineering activities and manage dependencies across products, processes, tooling, hardware, and software.
- Develop, validate, and maintain manufacturing procedures, process sequences, work instructions, and technical documentation.
- Analyze production performance, identify recurring problems and bottlenecks, and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Coach engineers and production employees by sharing technical knowledge, answering questions, and strengthening problem-solving capabilities.
- Partner with manufacturing, design engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve structural issues and improve production readiness.
Experience and Education
To succeed as a Production Engineer, you will need:
- A bachelor’s or masters degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, physics, or another relevant technical field, plus extensive experience in a technical production environment
- Project or Internship experience supporting manufacturing processes, production equipment, tooling, hardware, or software.
- Experience with new product introduction, product development, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement.
