RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and monitor the approval process (proto, sample, and all components) to ensure all samples arrive on time
- Manage Sample Tracker
- Manage WIP report
- Support cost negotiation with vendors
- Enter and manage all cost and cost breakdown into Exenta
- Support in sending and confirming PO’s to vendors for all orders
- Manage PO’s in Exenta
- Coordinate shipments and track the production orders to maintain on time delivery
- Closely follow up and track all test reports
- Support approving UPC tickets, care labels & other vendor sourced labels/trims
Requirements
- 3+ years of production experience within fashion required
- Detail-oriented, highly accurate & organized
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks
- Desire to grow in an organization that strives for excellence
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal relationship abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exenta experience is a plus
The salary for this full-time role is dependent on experience between $50,000 - $60,000.
