Position Summary:

As our Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end order fulfillment, ensuring accurate order entry, timely shipments, compliance documentation, and coordination with internal teams and subcontractors. This role plays a key part in maintaining on-time delivery performance and meeting customer requirements.

This position reports to the Sr. Program Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or order management (aerospace or manufacturing preferred).
  • Experience with aerospace or high-reliability industry requirements is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with shipping, compliance, and quality documentation (SDR, certs, inspection reports), as well as an understanding of inspection and quality control workflows.
  • Knowledge of subcontractor coordination and purchase order processes.
  • Experience with customer portals and ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, paired with a problem-solving mindset.

Are You Our Next ACE?

  • Enter customer orders into the system.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure orders are processed and aligned with production schedules.
  • Update customer portals with accurate ship dates to maintain on-time delivery commitments.
  • Prepare shipping documentation, including shipping labels, material certifications, Supplier Deviation Requests (SDR), and deviation requests as needed.
  • Submit inspection documentation and coordinate inspection requests.
  • Manage post-shipment activities, including invoicing through customer portals and updating customer shipping portals with tracking and shipment details.
  • Support material sales to customers.
  • Ensure all documentation meets customer and quality compliance requirements.
  • Communicate with internal teams (operations, quality, procurement) to resolve issues and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00 per hour. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
