Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Production Coordinator to support operations at our Grove City, OH facility. This role serves as a critical liaison between sales, customer service, and manufacturing teams to ensure production orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with established timelines.

Your Responsibilities:
· Review and validate customer and sales order specifications for accuracy and completeness
· Collaborate with site leadership to coordinate production schedules and meet project timelines
· Track and monitor project performance, ensuring timely updates and reporting
· Communicate effectively with internal teams via email and phone to ensure smooth order processing
· Identify and resolve order discrepancies in partnership with sales and customer service teams
· Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data provided to manufacturing
· Perform data entry and system updates in platforms including TecSys WMS, Star, Tops, and local ERP systems
· Generate and distribute production work orders to the manufacturing floor
· Partner closely with operations, outbound logistics, and shipping teams
· Maintain organized documentation and records related to production projects
· Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational efficiency
Your Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm (Overtime may be required, including occasional weekends)
You Must Have:
· Strong computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to read, interpret, and act on work orders and numerical data
· Effective written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Requirements Within This Position:
· Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
· Frequent mobility throughout the facility
· Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25+ pounds as needed
We Would Also Prefer:
· Prior experience in production coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field
