What We Need:

We're seeking a Production Coordinator to join our fast-paced corporate team. This role serves as a central hub, facilitating seamless communication and operational support across multiple key departments, including TV Production, Marketing, PR, Social Media, and Legal. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for the media and entertainment industry, eager to learn and grow within a corporate environment.

What You'll Need:

  • Basic understanding of the content production pipeline from pre-production through post-production.

  • Familiarity with marketing and social media platforms and content requirements.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and a quick learner with a natural sense of urgency. 

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative spirit.

  • Experience with Frame.io, Dropbox, and/or Box is a plus. 

  • A keen interest in emerging media trends and technologies.

                                                                             

What You'll Bring:

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$72,000 - $90,000

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact, facilitating efficient information flow and task coordination between TV production, marketing, social media, PR, Artist Relations, and legal teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.

  • Production Support:

    • Assist TV production teams with scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation for pre-production, shoots, and post-production activities.

    • Help track production assets, footage, and deliverables through various stages of the content lifecycle.

  • Marketing & Social Media Asset Management:

    • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of approved content assets (videos, images, audio) to marketing and social media teams for promotional campaigns.

    • Ensure all delivered assets meet technical specifications and deadlines for various platforms.

  • Legal & Compliance Assistance:

    • Work closely with the Legal department to track and manage necessary documentation, including talent agreements, rights clearances, and cue sheets.

  • Administrative & Organizational:

    • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions and action items.

    • Maintain detailed project trackers, databases, and digital archives.

    • Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor onboarding as needed. 

Industry Monitoring & Reporting: 

      • Gather and synthesize relevant daily news and happenings across the entertainment, media, and technology industries to keep key stakeholders informed.

  • Communication:

    • Draft and distribute production memos, call sheets, and status updates.

    • Support internal and external stakeholders with timely and accurate information.
